Nook Sleeve

Standard

I am a big fan of books, so the thought of buying a Nook or Kindle was something I never wanted to do. However, being a college student, it is easier to get a Nook or Kindle to have the textbooks on because books take up a lot of space and can get a little heavy. Even though I am an English Major there are still plenty books that I am assigned to read but will probably never read again. So I broke down and bought a Nook in August for school. However, this is my last semester…yay graduation is just around the corner…and I don’t even need the Nook this final semester because all the books I needed I already owned which is great because I enjoy all the books on the list this time. So I gave my Nook to my seven year old son who loves books just as much as I do. So since he is only 7 and he likes to take his electronics like his iPod touch and now the Nook everywhere he goes I told him I would make him a sleeve/padded case to carry it in. I did my best to follow the tutorial for The Cottage Home’s Laptop sleeve here and this is the end result:

These were too SUPER to pass up. I have created a template that you can download Super Valentines for free. Just print them out and color them.

This will be my son’s Valentines for all the boys in his class this year. I will post pictures of our finished product once we finish!
